Bid documents should be downloaded at no cost and be returned in plain sealed envelope(s) bearing no mark/identification of the bidder, only marked the tender number and name and addressed to:

P.O BOX 78 – 90300, MAKUENI
And deposited in the WHITE tender boxes placed at the Makueni County Treasury headquarters offices (MAP) so as to be received on or before the date(s) as shown above. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the Candidates or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
