Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jr. has inspected the ongoing development of a recreational park at the Kamunyolo Dam site as he followed up on the completion of improvement works at the dam.

The improvement works include the construction of an apron and retaining walls to protect the dam’s spillway. The Governor insisted on the timely completion of the works, noting the approaching onset of the rains, and emphasized the need to safeguard the dam and its infrastructure.

He was accompanied by Wote/Nziu MCA Felix Mateso, Assembly Majority Leader Kisungi Katete, Ilima MCA Bishop Jonathan Muthoka, and other county leaders.
