Governor Mutula Kilonzo Jr. in a public engagement at Ngumbe B (London) in Kibwezi, Kikumbulyu South, where he said the county government is set to construct a modern ECD structure at the site.

Among the issues discussed were historical land injustices in the area and the opening up of roads in the area. Governor Mutula said the county government will initiate plans to survey the land.
